FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GOT QUESTIONS... WE HAVE ANSWERS!

I received a letter from you in the mail. Why did you contact me?
Our investment group specializes in researching local real estate records for various investment purposes. In most cases your property information and mailing address are part of the public record in your county. We contact the owners of properties that fit our general investment criteria to see if they would like to sell.

Why should I submit my property information?
You should submit your property information only if you are truly motivated to sell your property quickly. Our process is simple and we only need minimal information from you to make a prompt offer.

What does it cost me to sell my land?
$0. There is zero out of pocket costs to sell your land to us, nor obligation on your part to accept our offer. All delinquent taxes, liens, title examination, title insurance, recording costs, governmental costs, and so forth are paid by us. You simply get cash at closing! It’s as simple as that!

Wouldn’t it be better for me to just list my land with a real estate agent?
While that is definitely an option, the market for vacant land is usually very slow. In many cases, selling raw vacant land can take many months to years. This leads back to us. We pay cash for the properties we acquire. What that means to you is no waiting and no what ifs. If you are truly motivated to sell, we provide the means for a quick and convenient way to sell your land.

I do have an interest in selling my property, what is the first step?
Simply fill out our short property offer form. We’ll do some research and give you an offer to purchase your vacant land.

What is the Tax Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN)?
This is an identifier specific to the property that the county provides. It can usually be found on the tax bill for the property. If you’re not sure, you can leave that field blank but it’s very helpful to have as much information as possible .

I owe back taxes or have a lien on my property. Can you still help?
Yes! Depending on the amount of money owed, we will pay off the county and/or other lien holders within reason.

How long does it take for me to get an offer back on my property after I fill out the form?
It depends! We try our best to have offers back within a day or two. Sometimes it takes a little longer. Just know we’re doing our best to get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

I received your offer and I want to accept it. What do I do now?
Great! Simply email us and let us know. We’ll write up a purchase agreement and you can e-sign it online. We make selling easy and hassle-free.
